With 35 years in physiotherapy, Philip has gained considerable experience treating all sorts of sports injuries, muscle and joint conditions, respiratory complaints, along with numerous sprains and fractures. Casts, splints, braces, supports and mobility aides are available when necessary.

1/15 Hill Street

The Camden practice is conveniently located with front ramp access to Hill Street, and rear access from the 'Whitemans' car park situated between John Street and Hill Street. As is common in the area, the original cottage built in the 1920's has been repurposed from a residence to a business premises.

While equipped with many of the common modalities used in private practice including electrical stimulation, shock wave therapy, and traction; Philip believes strongly in the benefits of hands on treatment.

A clearer understanding
of body functions
and biomechanics

As a sole practioner you can be assured of continuity of service, and not being passed from pillar to post as can be encountered elsewhere. Philip is a firm believer in educating his patients about their current injury. By providing a clearer understanding of body functions and biomechanics, it is easier for the patient to understand how a treatment works and how to avoid another injury in the future.

Preferred Provider

As a preferred provider for both Medibank Private and BUPA, rebates from these health funds are higher than for non preferred providers.

Referrals

A referral is not necessary for a private patient, however it is necessary for Workcover, Veteran's Affairs, Third Party Insurance and Enhanced Primary Care (EPC).

Building upon his personal experience with many different sports Philip has added to that, the sport of his four children, now all grown. These include soccer, rugby union and rugby league, swimming, track and field, dancing, hockey, rowing, gym, BMX, motocross, netball, cycling, skiing, and snowboarding.

When not working, Philip's interests include photography, cycling, skiing, dining out, movies, music, reading, travel and gardening, bushwalking, and supporting the activities of his four children.
